Can i ask other pilots that have the Mavic 3, to check the side of the gimbal and see if there are marks there. I see very slight marks on mine and it seems that the back legs when folded in with the cover on pushes the legs against the camera causing these marks. In the Mavic 2 range we had an issue with the back legs rubbing against the body but now its an issue with the camera. If this causes issues to the camera-Dji will you repair at no cost to us even when out of warranty as it is a manufacturing fault.

Could be caused by the new design of the cover.  I put off buying M3 until January so hope they get all this worked out soon.  Also hope the marks are only cosmetic for you and don't cause any issues later.

Nah, when the back legs are folded in, you can see them literally mm away from the camera, with the cover on it pushes it slightly more.
