The Fn button is not working on remote control.  I have a mini 2 and it is paired with the RC-N1. It has worked in the past for zooming with the gimbal wheel and to recentre gimbal doesn't even make a beeping noise.

1. Check whether the Fn button has been stuck?
2.  Check the Control - Button Customization to see whether you set the Tap to Recenter Gimbal.
3. Could you please try to link the aircraft and controller through the method below and tell us whether it works?
Method: Press and hold the "Customizable Button" on the upper left corner, the "Photo/Video Toggle" on the upper right corner, and the "Shutter/Record Button" on the top panel of the remote controller for two seconds simultaneously. When the remote controller is beeping, and the battery level LEDs on the remote controller are blinking sequentially, you can start linking.

Hi thanks for getting back to me.

1 - Fn button is not stuck and gives a clicking sound when pressed like the other buttons.

2 - Tap is set to recentre gimbal. None of the other function will work either. Gimbal OK and has been calibrated.

3 - when the 3 buttons are pressed simultaneously for 2s the link possess does not start.
