Hello!
I need some help.
My osmo pocket 2 doesn't work!

I bought this camera and after updating the firmware, i can't use!
The camera stays black and i can't connect with my smartphone and nothing works!

I saw another uses with the same issue.

Redmi Note 7 and Iphone 7.
I use the pocket 1 with this 2 smartphones and never had problems.

What does it do without smartphone connected?

Black screen!
I can't use anyway!
Always black screen AND i can't connect with the smartphone. Nothing works.

Do you use the iphone (lightning) connector?

Ok. It works normally.
I think the FW was up to date, since it did not show I had to update.

Hi.

Does anyone have a fix for this yet? Took my brand new Pocket 2 out of the box. Charged it. Turned it on three times to test it. Then all of a sudden - blank screen and cannot be detected by phone over Bluetooth or via the adaptor to IPhone XSl. Very very disappointed.

Waited 20 minutes, turned it on and it worked again. Reset it. Turned it off and then turned back on. Black screen again.

Same keeps happening. Firmware is latest 1.03 - I checked.

Please let me know if you have a solution. I will call DJI store tomorrow and demand a replacement. I wonder whether the next one will be just as unreliable.
