Air2s Can't Get Phone To Work

Having just purchased a Mavic Air2s I cannot get my phone to link with the drone.

I have the dji fly app but when I open the app I get this screen

From here nothing works. I can tap and swipe but nothing happens.

Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S10e

Hi Dave, sorry for the issue, please try to adjust to a smaller font size and restart the DJI Fly, see if the Next Step press shows.

I set the fonts to the smallest size, but still no luck.

So where do I go from here? I have a very expensive toy that is unsuable

I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but to no avail.

Sorry for any inconvenience. Please try to clear the app from the background(Application manager) and then re-open the app, repeat the tab. We will resolve this issue ASAP. Thanks for your understanding and support.

I would suggest a low cost compatible tablet till you get your phone + app working.

I don't want a tablet. I want to be able to use my phone. And it is not like my phone is too old.

It is only two and a bit years old and a high end Samsung, not a cheapie.

Good luck then, it was only a suggestion. I understand using the phone, I use it about 80%. When I'm doing something for customers or need to view more details, the larger screen of a tablet is much more beneficial.

So until DJI fixes the app which can sometimes take months if at all, you might be better off finding a temporary workaround. Find a friend or spouse with their phone to see if you Air2S is functional.

hello. im having the same issue , i have just bought the mavic3 and having the same problem. i have the sony xperia 1 ii . and cant get passed the same screen as youself  no matter how many times i have installed and  reinstalled the app. and also having a imac running big sur im double scr***d

can you please let me know if you ever find a solution around this.

After all this time someone has found a solution and it was so simple.

The button to continue to the next screen on my phone was just off the screen.

This was fixed by going to settings and zooming out a little on my screen.
