Hi all,

How do you change your personal settings in this Forum?

This probably is posted in the wrong thread but I'v reached out to DJI Service/Acount and not getting any help there.
For some reason my country has been changed to Romania and I'm from Ireland and I cannot access my settings to fix this.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and thanks.

The country shown doesn't always work correctly,  its based on your IP address and theres no option to change it.

Are you using a VPN?  If so that could be where the server is located and is generating an IP address indicating your location is Romania.

Ironically when I set up the forum account it was set correctly as Ireland.

But for some reason it changed sometime later not sure when. But there doesn't appear to be any link within my homepage to access/edit my actual personal details. Not sure why this option isn't available?

Interesting reply, and yeah sure enough my McAfee PC antivirus comes with its own VPN and that's interesting that the forum picks up the VPN IP address as opposed to the registered details.

That must create havoc for travelling personnel registered here!

I turned off the VPN for this log on to see if my Country address is fixed but alas no

wow as I was typing that last post reply my address has been fixed.

So I guess it's the VPN and thank you for explaining that DowntownRDB much appreciated.

Now we have the Country change fixed guys and thanks again,
how do I change/edit my settings (as I don't seem to have access) and add my Air2s to the icons under my name on the left?
All that's there now is my Pocket 2 listing.
