Connecting the DJI Mavic 3 Cine to the PC does nothing. It does not show up, it does not get recognised as any device.
Win10 latest updates.

Installing DJI Assistant 2 showed this in the black CMD box:

Processing inf : slabvcp.inf Adding the driver package failed : The system cannot find the file specified.

Drone firmware up to date.
It fails to install that driver (slabvcp.inf) when installing DJI Assistant 2 , I tried many times. I booted into safe mode and installed it there too, same result. I turned off Windows Virus protection, the same result.
When connecting the Mavic 3 cine I can see the device appear for less than a second in Windows 10 'Bluetooth and Other Devices' list. It keeps flashing in and out of the list. Like connecting/reconnecting. Tried 2 different USB c ports, same results. Tried 2 different USBc cables including DJIs, same result.
Probably driver crashing or what ever.

After doing some more research, it might be blocking the install of the driver due to being unsigned drivers.
DJI's drivers are not signed off?
I have a new computer that has Secure Boot enabled by default, it blocks the installation of unsigned drivers

I tried it on my Windows 10 machine and it did exactly what you described..it would connect then disconnect, etc...but when I tried it on my Windows 11 laptop, it stayed connected and I was able to copy the files over from the SSD.

This is a custom PC, the motherboard is the Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero:
https://rog.asus.com/motherboard ... ii-dark-hero-model/

The driver name is called "slabvcp.inf" which is the DJI Mavic 3 Cine driver, it fails to install with the error:
"The system cannot find the file specified."

All other  drivers, like the one for the RC Pro install without issues. When connected, DJI Mavic 3 Cine does not show up in Device Manager either.

HI,

And some issues when first loaded the Software. Needed a couple of reboots. Then was fine. I also used the high speed USB-C to USB-c cable to connect the Cine.

Thanks for your reply. Could you please take a photo of the USB port of your computer? Moreover, could you please tell us whether the computer prompts the signal sound of connecting your device repeatedly after you connect to the computer?

The driver does not install, as I have said before.
I dont know how a picture of the USB ports help this situation. It has USBA  USBC ports.
A connection sound is played when the drone is connected. But it disconnects and reconnects rapidly.
It also does not show up in device manager unless I use a USBC to USBA cable. Any attempt to install the driver fails.
