Probably because iOS is easier for DJI to work with than the numerous Android OSs. Most probably working on the Android version but who knows when that will be released.

That’s not strictly true, some questions have received some answers. I know they’re slow to respond to a lot of things but I think what the OP is asking is pretty straight forward. But your could be right.
