Hello, i was wondering if anyone has recently sent in a drone for repair and what the turnaround time was. Have a few weeks off coming up and a little anxious to have it back during that time.
Hi there, it takes approx. 5-7 business days to repair your product after arriving at the DJI Service Center. You will receive an email notification after each step of the service process is complete.
You can submit an online repair request via this website: https://repair.dji.com/repair/index and check the repair progress by visiting the page: https://repair.dji.com/en/support/RepairTrace

Thank you. I've sent it in and received a confirmation of arrival shortly after posting the original message. So hopefully within 2 wks I should have it back.
