I just purchased a well kept Mavic Air with the fly more combo. It has range extenders (?)  and has been tweaked to 5.8 gHz. I'm a complete novice in this arena and have a boatload of reading material & videos to absorb before it gets off the ground. My goal is to document the destruction of woodlands in preparation for a wind turbine facility.  Any helpful hints will be greatly appreciated.

Good day and welcome to DJI Forum.  Kindly please prepare a preflight checklist every time you fly your DJI Mavic Air to avoid any unwanted incident when operating or flying your DJI Drone. In addition, kindly please check if a memory card is installed in to the said DJI drone as well for you to be able to capture and save the photos and videos that you have taken and filmed.
