DJI Fly app crash

Hi. I'm running the DJI fly app on my Samsung S21 ultra with Android 12.
Since the latest update of 29 november, the Dji fly app keeps crashing right after the start.
Any advice?

Including the correct date of the crash, App logs of the date when the issue happened, the screenshot of the phone system, video record for the crash.

There are no logs. The app keeps simply crashing right after the launching with a white and black screen, and the phone goes back to the launcher.

Hi, there. Thanks for your reply. please find the App Log after you connect your phone to the computer, choose "Transfer file", route: /android/data/dji.go.v5/files/LOG
And then copy the date of logs when the issue happened.
It will be appreciated if you could offer a video showing the crash.

I am having the exact same problem. Not just DJI Fly but also DJI Mimo app. They both just keep crashing no matter what i do. I downloaded every app from DJI website. Please help. I just bought DJI OM 4. Nothing works since i updated to Android 12.

The exact same problem for both apps. They didn't launch at all after the update to android 12. All the apps are from dji website and latest version.

My phone galaxy s21 ultra android 12. I used the latest version of the apps but also tried older version suggested in seperate thread that I found in this forum.

All my other apps work normally after the upgrade. No crashes or problems except DJI apps. My drone and OM 4 (which I just bought and haven't even tested it yet because of the app) are like brick stone.
