I am looking for a cable to go from my M3 controller to my iPad 12.9 which will be 2-3 feet away from the controller. None of my Thunderbolt or other USB-C cables work but I did find a USB 2.0 - USB-C cable that attached to an adpater that gave me USB-C on both ends and that seems to work. I'd like to find a USB-C cable (both end) that is ~ 3ft that will work. Any ideas or links to such a thing. I have no idea why my other USB-C cables don't work. Most much be charging but I'd think the Thunderbolt cables would work. They don't.

Strangely a white Apple cable works but only if the "correct" end is inserted into the controller and it has to be inserted only one way...flip it the other and it fails. Very, very strange. No other USB-C to USB-C cable seems to work.
