I just purchased a new Ronin RS2 and it worked great for 1.5 days. Then after trying to install the Raveneye system and reballancing it. I started it up and the whole thing starts violently flipping around and the Roll motor gets hot very quickly then it goes to sleep. I have installed the latest firmware with no luck. I went to catch it after it rotated so badly that it started to tip over and it mashed my hand it there damaging my fingers, hopefully it did not break the brand new camera I purchased with it. after having a Mavic drone and being very happy with DJI. I am very concerned that this only lasted for a day and a half. I am also concerned that something broke before I even get to use it on my productions(s)

Brand new RS2 in 2022 and same exact issue.

Perfectly balanced and calibrated. Then suddenly turns violent and flips about with no way to fix it. Seems more prone to occur when going into briefcase mode or tilting the gimbal.

DJI fix this! Come on!
