Hi Montfrooij, normally, the Redemption applications will be checked on the first working day of each month. Just to double confirm, the points have not been converted, right?

We are spoiled here in NL with a lot of webshops having this policy of ordering before 17.00 (some even 23.00) and receiving it the next day.
