Will DJI ever have a feature to disable Geo Zones for Part 107 users?  

I get that it is a good thing for recreational Drone Pilots that may not understand (or care to understand) the FAA and the Airspace rules that need to be followed. As a Part 107 pilot that is very well versed in the rules, it would be really nice to have a way to provide DJI with Part 107 license info and be able to just turn off DJI Geo Zones completely.  It gets really cumbersome and frustrating especially when you have a LAANC approval that is near-instantaneous and then you get on-site and can't unlock a DJI Zone due to any number of issues including bugs in the DJI apps. As a Part 107 pilot you are agreeing to the FAA that you will follow the rules and to just have the drone manufacture still try to control where and when you can fly is just maddening!

There are many posts in DJI Forum threads that prove it is frustrating and even have cost many people jobs due to not being able to get the drone to unlock.  I have one zone that I constantly have to force close the DJI GO 4 app at least 2 times to be able to finally get the unlock to go through and I have an FAA Waiver for the next year but every single time it's a 10-minute process just to get my drone to launch and once I get it off the ground in Go 4 I then switch to the GS Pro app in order to start my flight!

I would LOVE if DJI made it optional for Part 107 pilots. I know the airspace, I have my approvals from LAANC. It's just one more step that is often riddled with bugs that prevents me from LEGALLY flying where I already have legal authorization.

Have you tried the new unlock site before you head off,   you can unlock for 3 days at a time - https://fly-safe.dji.com/unlock/unlock-request/
And the you can check the licence is downloaded ready before you leave home.

Yes I have tried them and that is a nice new addition but I still don't like the overreach of drone manufacture to limit me from flying more than the FAA sees fit.   The other issue is DJI's unlocking is so buggy that it just is more of a hindrance than anything.

Sadly it’s becoming the regulations in more parts of the world as time goes on.
