What is the preference for your film settings on the mini 2?
4k at 30 fps or 2.7K at 60 fps?
I have noticed that some videos at 4k 30 fps seem a bit jumpy. I wonder if the 60 fps at 2.7k gives out a far smoother and superior viewing experience.
Maybe someone better versed in videography can clarify, but I think The DJI drones record in 29.97 fps or something like that. Playing back on a 30hz or 60hz display might cause stuttering

It is likely either jumpy because your playback device isn't powerful enough to support 4K or your shutter speed is set way too high and not adhering to the Rule of 180. There is no reason that 4K30 shouldn't be perfectly smooth.
I always use 4K. All other resolutions use cropped area from the sensor, so there is no reason to use anything else. The only reason would be if your SD card is not fast enough.
