Hello, there. Sorry for your inconvenience. Would you please tell us the firmware version of both aircraft and DJI RC Pro before you upgrade to the newest firmware? Furthermore, we would like to know the capacity and battery level when you install.

I am in 1.4GB connection. Problem was the RC Pro controller memory was full error .400
Thanks for your reply. We have confirmed with our teams. Please ensure your capacity have more than 6GB left before you upgrade. Would you please tell us the firmware versions of both aircraft and DJI RC Pro before your upgrade? Thanks for your understanding and support.
No problems here with firmware upgrade on drone and rc. Then after DJI Fly update everything looks operational on the ground. Will have to wait till tomorrow to give it a flight and see what happens.
Same here and none of the extras have been added to the drone. Assistant software wont recognize the drone either even though my pc opens the folders on the memory card when i connect the usb cable
Did the update and flying. Mastershots and hyper lapse works but no pano or other quick shots as yet, says feature will be coming soon so this is not the big update we were waiting for giving all the features.
My failing problem installing was my RC Pro memory was full because I too several screen recording without delete anything. I need to change the recordings to the SD Card. After delete all the recording everything installed smoothly.

Hi, all. Would you please tell us the firmware versions of both aircraft and DJI RC Pro before your upgrade? Then, please confirm that whether you have upgraded DJI RC Pro through DJI Assitant 2 before you upgraded through DJI FLY App. May we have the aircraft logs of the issue that happened? Thanks for your understanding and support.

No worries. RC Pro update was 1.3Gb. They all downloaded and updated through DJI Assistant 2, no problem, except download was super slow, and I have a very fast connection. You guys need a better/faster CDN.
Hi, thanks for getting back to me. If it is convenient to you, would you please send us the aircraft log for us to confirm?
You may refer to the steps below:
1. Launch DJI Assistant 2. Within 20 seconds after the aircraft is powered on, connect it to DJI Assistant 2.
2. After DJI Assistant 2 recognizes the aircraft, choose "Log Export", and then click "Save to local".
3. The final exported data are ".dat" files.
We just need the date of logs when the abnormality occurred.
You may upload to Google Drive or Dropbox and send us the link through PM. Thanks!
The latest dji fly app i get is 1.5.1 (581)
how can i get the latest dji fly app when appstores latest are 1.5.1? (Norway/Europe here)
oh wait.. reboot of the ipad and refreshing the app update list made the 1.5.4 be available :-) thanks.
I have just updated and DJI fly app confirms that firmware is 1.00.0400 but none of the features are showing as available. I have closed app and switched off controller and Mavic 3 (basic version). Any ideas why?
Hendrik just put out a video about it, its great news because as soon as they start sending out labels to people you know they will be available on ebay.

Ok, I have not seen it (and probably won't watch it anyway, I'm not in the mood for Hendrik )

Lol. he asked EASA some very specific questions via email and got written email which is quite clear, if of course they gave the real answer.
I usually wait until dronewatch (a Dutch website that has been quite reliable so far) posts about it.
They are also following Hendrik, so when there is 'real' news, they will also post about it.

It makes me wonder how much trust you can have in an email if its not written in a regulation that they can quote the number of.
