Hi,

I haven't used my Ronin for a while. Now I update the Firmware to the latest version and I was hoping that I could use it with my Canon EOS R5. But alas, even though it is connected thorugh the Ronin-S Multi-Camera-Controlcape Type-C I can't use the trigger. also the focus wheel is blinking red. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to change something in the menue of my camera?

No, unfortunatly not. I switched to the Weebil S from ZHIYUN-TECH and I'm very happy with it. The Ronin-S I've sold.

I have the same problem, it appears that DJI is slow to address issues related to those that have their older gimbals but newer cameras. So people cannot afford to by a new one every 3 years.

BUMP - DJI - ARE YOU LISTENING?

It's still an issue - and they still aren't listening.  I think I'm done waiting for a response.  Any suggestions for a FANTASTIC Non-DJI Gimbal?  I won't waste my time with an organization that is unwilling to reply.
