So  I set photo to Raw only, went out to take test shots only to return and notice that all that was recorded was jpeg. With both craft and remote turned on I have no option to choose Raw , you can see in photo below that jpeg is the only option and is locked in. When I turn off craft you can see in second photo options show up but I cannot set any. Just a heads up for anyone setting off to take RAW images double check or you could be disappointed. This is a bug. I am on .400 RC FW.

Hmm, that's weird. In the past I had similar things happening to video settings a few times, resetting camera settings helped.
I will try this once I get some time to fly.

Yeah I have refreshed FW same thing Raw nowhere to be found and only option left is to shoot jpeg .

i have raw only on mine using standard controller ,    try re installing using assistant

I have uninstalled and reinstalled using assistant. I have all new updates on the app like exp settings. But only one option which is jpeg . Before I flew today I had the option RAW JPEG RAW & JPEG and choose Raw but everything disappeared and I was left with only jpeg.

Is there a way to reset the RC Pro to factory settings? Do you have an SD card in there - I don't. Just throwing out some ideas.

I refreshed and installed same thing. But I do have card installed. I can also use my spare RC . Ill try without card.

When I first loaded FW thats the screen I had and I set to raw only, went flying and ended up with what you can see above. Thankfully I was only testing if it was a whole day flying then it would not be nice.

Hallmark - make sure you are *not* in explore mode. It will be only JPEG in explore mode. It's easy to overlook if you are not zoomed in, but still in explore mode. Unfortunately DJI hasn't added the ability yet for RAW or manual control in explore mode.

Not sure if I was, but I’ve uninstalled again and am installing with card out , but that could have been it.

Well, I had a few spare minutes, so I went to check it out. M3C + RC Pro. RAW option was present, along with JPEG and JPEG+RAW, and it works - I took a shot and it was a RAW.
I know it does nto help you, but at least "it works on my machine" (standard developer's mantra/excuse).
Again, resetting camera settings help me in simial situations in the past.

Reloaded without card and its back, but I now think it could have been explorer mode. So I’m going to uninstall once again ant try with card so at least ill know then .

I was going to say, I bet it was in Explorer mode. Let us know if that did it (not being in explorer mode).

Well I have now uninstalled RC FW 3 times , first time made no difference, second time I removed the SD card and everything was ok. But then it was mentioned it could be explorer. So I inserted SD back in place and uninstalled for third time and it was ok again. So it wasn’t the SD card and the more likely problem was it was in explorer mode. I never realized that hitting explorer icon changes colour to yellow , so it looks like it was my mistake. No problem now and SD card is in the RC.
