Just curious what or if other users are seeing in the way of error messages since the most recent FW update.

After updating I am getting a new message on startup to re format storage.  Has happened on three different occasisons now.  Offloading, formatting, and restarting makes the message go away, but then it pops back up whenever something new is recorded.

I've not seen that (yet).

Slow to acquire satellites.  Feel like I can read War and Peace waiting for a lock.

I don't get that message but also like above very slow to get sats after update and now camera has a wobble during master shots.

None for me. If anything, it fixed some prior ones.

Yes - I am having that issue after FW update also.

I have also noticed for sure that satellite lock takes forever. I hope you guys are reporting this as well.

It was pretty slow before the update. Do you feel it is worse now or about the same?

It does feel a bit worse now after the update. But if I am mistaken and just paying more attention to how slow it is, maybe this is a hardware issue that can't be dealt with in firmware.

Well let's keep are fingers crossed that they sort this out. It will be even more interesting to see if there will be a firmware upgrade in January being they just released one early.

The worst I've had thus far is 3'30'' to lock, so not quite as bad as 5.  I have also found that the nearer to my house I am, the longer the lock takes.  What I've found is that when I get "weak signal" (and I am allowed to fly up to 98'), if I lift off and move more towards the center of the yard, and away from the house, this seems to speed up "lock".  I think the new system is more sensitive to obstructions of the sky than the older system.

I will give that a try with the Mavic 3 but as mentioned, I always take off from the same spot on my brick patio just a couple yards away from the house with my Air 2S and get a strong locked signal always less than a minute and usually shorter

Others facing the same issue. I bet this is hardware and no amount of “firmware fixes” can fix this.

I don't know - it is definitely slower after the last FW update for me.  It went from 1-2 minutes in my backyard to almost 10 minutes.

Let’s see if they really do.

They have actually called me back on the phone on several different occasions at this point.  I don't think it accomplished much, but I appreciated the gesture.
