Order still 'warehouse processing'

Hi,

Could you please check why my order [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.45)]0310612899036 is still 'warehouse processing'?
It was paid last Friday.
From what I can see, all the items are in stock.
(but I can't see everything I guess

)
