Praised by some, hated by others. Architectural beauty, or absolute concrete toilet bowl-like ugliness? Fraud, corruption, construction delays, not ready on time for the 76 Olympics. Retractable roof flawed, ripped twice. Underground parking collapsed. Not quite suitable for baseball, where the Montral Expos played their last match. Recently used as a COVID-19 vaccination center. Here it is!
