I have a DJI Mavic mini. With I only can fly around 50m away to lose connection. Any solution?

Hello there Softdark. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. May we know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please? Can you please try to fly your DJI Mavic Mini to a different location or in an open area with less interference and please stay within the line of sight to isolate the issue. The said DJI drone might have picked up magnetic interference from the area. That might be the reason why you are experiencing these issues. In addition I will post a diagram on how to get optimal transmission for your DJI Mavic Mini. Thank you.

I fly with a Samsung galaxy a50. I have tried open spaces in the city and out in the wilderness. Same problem everywhere. and useing optimal transmission

Yes i have. No diffrent

Go to the DJI Fly app on your phone (Don't need to be connect to controller or drone.) Click on profile, settings, scroll down and log out. Shut the App, then simply open it and log in again, your problem should be solved.

If that didn't work go into Fly App settings and make sure you are not in beginners mode.  

If that fails, try switching the phone to airplane mode and see if that helps.  

Hello, there. Sorry for your inconvenience. Would you please check the Transmission and confirm that there is no signal interference around? Also, please make sure no obstacle between the remote controller and your aircraft because it will have a certain impact on the connections, too.

no signal interference around. And nothing between my drone and controller.

Beginner mode limits your flight distance to 50m but should give you an alert that you've reached the limit while maintaining connection.  I've found that wearing an apple watch can interfere with connection.

Try turning WiFi and mobile data off.

How do you disable the beginners mode in this case if it is enable so that it will give you more flight distance. thanks
