I have just completed a 3D photogrammetry mission and was a bit shocked when suddenly the aircraft ascend to 100 m above the take-off level. In the setting, the only altitude parameter I could find was set to 35 m. I noticed that the aircraft complied with this during the nadir part of the mission but suddenly ascend to 100 m above the ground level during the oblique sensing. Is there any parameter I could set to specify the altitude during the oblique sensing on the GS RTK app or was it automatically set relative to the set mission altitude?

Maybe it's the safe altitude for the return home?

I know this is an old thread but the setup for a "3D-Multi" mission has a separate setting for oblique portion altitude and the default is 100 m. It is right below the main (nadir) portion settings.
