The sn of my Mavic Pro controller sn is worn out on the label. Where can I find it in the app?

Copy a txt flight log off your phone, down load the program CsvView from the web, process the log with CsvView. The controller sn might be shown on the resulting summary window.If not, click on whatever is the tab in the upper left  of that resulting window/page and export a csv of the log to wherever.
Open the csv with a modernish spread sheet program and search the title row for RCsn or similar or scroll across to near the RHS of the spread sheet.
Various sn are listed in two sets of columns towards the RHS. The Rc sn is one of these serial numbers it may appear twice, once in each set.
Look in columns 237, IC & 265, JE

With a Mavic 2 I sometimes do not get the controller sn recorded in the log, I have a suspicion that happens when there is a mismatch between firmwares on the drone and controller but that is guesswork.

You might also check the outside of the original box, I think I have seen the RC sn on the outside of a Phantom 3 box.

Hello there IRMMZ 1. Good day and thank you for the inquiry. Since the serial number of your DJI Mavic Pro remote controller is worn out. Kindly please check the DJI Go 4 application under the about " About " tab for you to be able to check the remote controller's serial number. Thank you.  

Under the about tab, I can only find the main board sn of the drone. Not the controller.
