Hi there, I'm trying to pair the OM4 to my iphone 13 pro, I did all the steps in the users guide but the gimble does not activate. It stays loose all the time.
I'm also having touble updating the firmware. It gets stuck on 54% and an error appears: 0x00140002.

Can you help me?

Can you please try to reconnect using bluetooth then try to update the firmware for us to be able to isolate the said issue. I've contacted the support but the issue persists. I tried with 3 different phones, but no luck.They told me that I have to return the product, that it is probably faulty.
With a quick research, I can see that there are a lot of people with the same problem. Shouldn't this product be recalled?

Estou com o mesmo problema, e pesquisando no próprio fórum, também identifiquei muitos com o mesmo problema com o mesmo modelo OSMO SE. O que a DJI vai fazer em relação a esse problema? Vamos ficar lesados? Vai ficar com problema sem solução??? E aí DJI?????
