Good Afternoon,
On December 18th, I filled out a repair ticket online with proof of purchase, etc. and printed out the UPS return label that you had given me. I shipped the Mavic back on December 20th and see that it was recieved on December 23rd. I'm now worried because I never got a case number for my repair inquiry so don't know how to find the status of my drone without having a case number. Please help.
