Hello!  First  time poster here, and hopefully someone can tell me whats going on.  
I am shooting 4K 24 fps with the Pocket 2.  I am uploading from Iphone 11 pro max.  I can see the video is 4k in my iphotos.  I am uploaded a 6 minute video last night and it is still not available in 4k.  It appears HD processing is completed.  I did another test video later last night that was only 30 seconds long, and as of right now neither of these are showing up in 4k- instead only 1080p.  Is there something I am missing?!

And sometimes it will never process at all. I have videos from DJI Pocket 2 that I uploaded that never got processed to 4K, only 1080p. In other cases, they got processed to 4K and 1080p. In some other cases, I have videos that got processed to 4K and play on PC in 4K, but on my android TV, they play in 1440p only - while others play in 4K just fine both on the TV and on PC. Youtube is sometimes really unpredictable.

Open the YouTube TV app on your TV device. Select the icon in the top-right corner. Find 4K Plus in the list of add-on networks under “Add to membership.” Select “Preview a 4K video” to play the test video in 4K quality.

It will eventually get done, but do take time. Thus I only upload in 4K only if necessary or just to share with contacts that I know have the required devices and connections to enjoy the UHD content
