Hi all
My camera module does not turn on any longer.
The status LED is blinking either one time blue or several times orange, but the display does not turn on.
The user manual does not give a clue. Any idea?

Don't take this the wrong way, but are you sure you have the Action2?
I had a look at the manual (as you seem to have also done!) and page 15 of the manual doesn't mention blue at all as a LED colour - there is a yellow colour and if it blinks yellow it is between 6 and 25% power.  I would recommend contacting DJI support for further assistance.

If you then click on the Tel icon it will show the telephone numbers for DJI in all countries - or you can use email etc

Sure and sure I contacted support, but expect a reply by DJI staff here, as it is not mentioned in the docs.

Cool - hopefully they come back to you soon.

I think the forums are more meant primarily for use as a user to user support/comment mechanism - don't hold me to this though - as there are official DJI staff here they are more forum moderators although there are some DJI technical specialists here too.

Respectfully, I'd suggest the DJI support ticket that you've raised would be the most efficient way to get assistance.

Do you have single screen mode on?
With everything powered on tap the module screen and swipe up - does it come on, or is it still completely dead???

The display is black and is not working! I just have less than one month that I bought it, and Im very dissapointed with the camera. Im live in México, and I wiil have to pay to fix the issue because the help provided here is not useful
