What’s wrong with fly app, for 5/6 years people around here been complaining about go4 app, this can easily be seen by its ratings on App Store and google. So what’s so crappy about it.

All of the limitations it has like NO way-point tracking , no follow no orbit it's missing tons of stuff because that's DJI up-sales essentially the same drone but with different firmware.

No waypoints, well go4 didn’t have waypoints for 4 years. These are promised no follow orbit, both of these are available on AT 5.
Go 4 doesn’t have AT5 doesn’t have smart shots, and lots of other stuff.

How many people using dji waypoints, I don’t see or hear of many, most people around here looking for third party to supply waypoints.

Fly app is much faster much cleaner, much better for photographers videographers, much faster for automated programs much faster for all panoramas and a much cleaner screen no clutter.

I like it because its a good app , too many write it off as crappy but can never say why and your explanation was poor.

You think its crap you just can’t explain how its crap a bit of a cop out… except it doesn’t have orbit but it has POI which is orbit a bit lame.

Its already in beta for litchi.

I saw that,   seems to be working quite well.   Im greatly suprised how quick Litchi was to add it.

Thats right,   there is no ETA for SDK release for IOS.    You can go to the roadmap on developer.dji.com and see when they add it.

Theres no definitive answer on that,   but as you wont be able to supply flight logs I would assume it would.

at last it's there, now let's hope for even more functionality

For everyone that will be using litchi as their new DJI mini 2 platform (or any other device) be aware that DJI won't cover damages during a flight using a third party platform (litchi) for DJI care refresh. DJI will only insure you if you were using the drone with the dji-fly app.

Where do you get this info? I my experience (NL service), DJI will cover anything if you just send them the drone and pay the Care replacement fee. It's mostly "no questions asked".
If you want to use the flyaway coverage for a missing drone, then that might be problematic if you forgot to bind the drone to your account.

I am sorry for repeating this but to dobule check, the DJI Mini 2 (with the new SDK) does not support the WaypointMission (for example the same way the Phantom 4 Pro does)?

Only with a " third party" app like dronelink or Litchi. DJI has decided to electronically castrate your drone for your own protection.

Yeah, I hope Litchi doesn't take too long to update.

It's not Litchi here in this case, it's the MSDK for iOS that is unsolved because of Apple Phone constraints (Security etc).
