I got the DJI GO for my phone {wrong app} but it connected and kinda worked, but it would not track my face properly. I saw there was a firmware update and thought that might fix it. after the update was complete I got the red and green flashing lights and now nothing works, limp gimble. It does connect to my phone Bluetooth but the app doesn't recognize it. I figured out that I had the wrong app so I downloaded the right one {DJI mimo}, but still doesn't connect. I tried holding down the trigger and rec button that doesn't work.

Hello there Conor. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. may we please know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please on your DJI OM5 and may we also know if you are receiving any error message on the DJI Mimo application when this is happening? Thank you.

Hi. I have the same issue . I attached a photo with the model… what should do to restore the Om5?
