I just noticed that Dong ZeYuan was banned.  Wonder if that was because he kept posting others material without giving any credit or posing as a DJI employee.  


Saw a few comments on YT videos where users were hoping the Mini 3 has OA.  I normally turn off OA when I'm flying so I'd rather see longer flying time and maybe a bit bigger camera.

I saw that too.   He was warned a couple of times,  and he had changed his name to include DJI which they didnt like.   I never saw the one that broke the camels back though.

I walked that way again yesterday but as it was windy and we were under a storm warming from the MET I  left the drones at home,  sadly I did as there was a sail boat race happening that wold have been quite fun.

Darn, that would have been a good one to catch.

This is the one I saw at Rutland last September, but couldn't overfly due to NFZ.

Nice,   These were small boats,   back in the day I would have called them lasers,  not sure if they are still the same class or not,

What was fun though was they had closed the flood barrier and it appears that the lower thames rowing club had rowed up at low water,  and when they were heading back go cut off due to the flood barrier closing,  so they had pulled over and were all standing around a bit lost.

Unfortunate timing for them. Maybe they should have rowed faster   Too much Xmas pud perhaps

We were surprised they didnt pick up the boats and walk them around,   its not far.

There was about 20 of them so I thought it was doable.    Theres two flood barriers so they couldn't even go back the long way round.   I will walk that way again later and I bet there is nothing happening today.

Yes,   that's the same boat, not really been going very far over Christmas due to the peak.

Ive not seen anything for a French variant,   but with the amount of cases they are seeing (0ver 300'000 per day now) it wont surprise me.

Interesting.  I have a fixed IP address and just assume that was the norm.  Now I know better.

Usually here if you want that you get charged extra,   in the past there was a way round it with a free service called dynDNS.

Are you sure its static though,   if you disconnect for long enough you. might find it gets reused.

Not willing to disconnect to find out right now.  However, I will be moving my boat into drydock for about 3 weeks to have some upgrades done so when I return to my pier I'll find out at that time.  You may well be right.

Yeah, not conducive to live aboard at the dry dock.  Going to "house sit" for a very close friend who is headed to Aruba for the next month.  Works out great for him and me.
