Interesting to see what a UK camera shops makes of the new Mavic 3.

Nice find DA.    Lizzie does a great job with the review and hands on.  Too bad the weather didn't permit her to fly more.

Just don’t buy from Jessops!

They sold me a ‘brand new’ Sony E-Mount lens, turned out it was a customer return, at the time Sony were doing a cash back deal, when I claimed, the deal had already been claimed on it.

They promised to send a new lens and a couple of batteries, never happened!

Ouch,   thats reason enough not to buy from them.   I used to like Argos for in stock drones but they have now changed their return policy to no returns.

This is something I have been wanting to do for a long time.
But never got the opportunity.
Using more electronic equipment for making music live.
We will be doing a very small performance with 4 people, so a good 'low risk' test to see if my idea fits my brain in reality.

Sometimes it helps to have some positive pressure, but only from certain people.

Today I reclaimed some wood from my grandfather's house. Incorporated it into a stand for my new layout (because of the new instrument, I have to re arrange everything)
Not ready, but getting somewhere.
Found traces of woodworm, so I had to treat it. That will takes some days to soak in.

Ouch,   Never like to see those little holes.    Ive reclaimed quite a few pine pieces in the past but not if they require a silly amount of time to process,  the mahogany took a day to get machined into useable boards and then clean up.   the mess is amazing.

Me neither. But I have come to accept them here.
Almost all wood I reclaim has those little holes.
Not sure if that is something typical for where we live, but I regularly order the stuff that kills them. Just to prevent spreading.

You see them a lot here,  especially if you take wood from a house thats nearly 100 years old.

Yes,  the modern pressure treated wood has chemicals added to keep the bugs away.

Exactly. Not very environmentally friendly, but having to rebuild a (part of the) house isn't either.
