I just receied my new RS2 4 days ago ,it is my first gimbal ever, play with it to get familiar with it ,installing and balancing are ok but one problem emerged so far, the lock mode when pressing and hold the trigger is not working , the gimbal axises remain unlocked , i do not presume it should work like this ,so what I suppose to do ? any advice ? hopefully this fixable , it is difficult for me to send to repair since i live in Sudan.

Please note that  pressing the trigger twice recenter the gimbal successfull also pressing it 3 times enter the selfie mode without problem

I do have the same problem it is suck at this point. At the price point it should have a better solution to allow user for a real lock mode at least on the PAN axis. On mine not even push mode work.

i know this is an old thread, but wonder if you found a solution. I have just activated my RS2 in 2024, and have same problems.
