We have some places here that do that but Ive never found them to be very cheap.

With the current prices of building material, it is very profitable.
He is selling for about 60% of brand new.
And the story behind it is 'better' of course.

I flew one battery and tested out the pano feature,  you get to set how many rows/columns/heights etc.  Took a 150 shot image which is due to be stitched.

Amazing what Litchi is able to do with the SDK that DJI wasn't willing to do.  

I spotted a lonely boat today, on my walk along the canal towpath.
On a trailer across the field.  The P2 was on max zoom to get it.

That’s a very common boat round here but I don’t know much about them.

1c and clear here too,   will also be getting out,  wasted the day waiting for a delivery of a new camera that didnt arrive,   but I earnt enough points cleaning the house to have time to play with it when it arrives.

I really like the cordless freedom,  and Ive been able to take my circular saw to the shops and cut wood in the carpark to get it home more easily.

True. There are moments when it comes in handy.
But the added cost and need for charging etc. is not worth it for me with most tools.
Right now I only have a drill, impact driver and a small leaf blower for dusting off my work /  tools afterwards that are cordless.
Got the heavy 5Ah 18v batteries from DeWalt.
They really last long and can drive long screws without issues.
But....
Heavy and expensive.

Im in the dewalt club too,   started with the drill and driver and then added others as I needed them,  always buy them body only as I already have charger/batteries etc And I usually wait until they are in the sale so I've not paid more than £100 for any of the other tools,  and I added the line trimmer too which is nice.

I like their stuff so far. Bit expensive, but feels solid.
Next one will be a jigsaw. Not sure if I want to go for cordless with that one.
Seems like the one with cord has more juice.
And I want a circular saw with one of those rulers. I have not made up my mind which brand that will be. Probably Bosch or DeWalt.

I have the Dewalt cordless jigsaw and its fine,  never felt it was under powered.  I also have the circular saw (with the guide) and it works great too but does feel less powerful, that said for normal sheet material &  25mm hardwood ply they both cut it fine.

I think the benefit of cordless will be less with these machines, as I will be using them much less frequently and always (almost always) in a location where I have good access to wall power.

I have to find out if it uses the SDS locking system, since I have a lot of spare saws still.

The circular saw Ive used in carparks at building supply stores to get material home more easily,   the stores that have a cutting service are often a lot more expensive and here's only one that cuts to the accuracy I like.

The jigsaw I have is a bayonet fit blade. you just just pull a flap and slid it in.

Yeah, I can see usecases for cordless, but I feel I will be better off with the circular one with a cord.

Lol.  Very true.  Had a nice walk earlier. Only 6 miles as I’m breaking in new boots. But did fly two batteries and test out waypoints with litchi and mini2.

We enjoyed a walk along the side of Fernilee Reservoir (nice and flat for SHMBO)
Got half a battery's worth of Mini 1 (also with Litchi)
Nice dry. cold day. Cloudy but still - one or two blue patches.

One benefit of the cordless is the kerf of the blade is smaller so you can get a cleaner cut.  Either way you go Id recommend a second blade,   keep one for general ripping and then swap in the other blade to do finish cuts only.

Perhaps, you're just more accustomed to the DJI App.

I had litchi crash a couple of times,  and the panos are very manual with the options,  theres no pano type selection just rows and cols etc.  So much so Ive downloaded the manual to read.

It depends on the saw,  some will have a min thickness for the blade.  The other option which might be better for you depending on your use of it would be a track saw.
