Hello,

Following the update to the latest firmware my thermal sensor from the H20T stopped working and when i start the Pilot app i get a warning message saying "Zenmuse H20T infrared camera switching modes..." and the image is totally grey (in white hot palete) and the temperature measurement is the same all over the frame.

Did anyone experienced this issue? i tried downgrading to different firmware versions but without any luck.

yes i had this exact problem last year after a firmware update, i ended up having to send the camera back to DJI to get repaired. Response from DJI "We have taken a look into your case and have found a malfunction in the Thermal Camera Core Module. Your gimbal has been entirely replaced and then of course carefully tested to both ensure and guarantee no more issues should be present."
