Hey guys, I just got my first ronin SC , I got the focus wheel and focus motor.

I assemble everypiece accoding to vastly all tutorials on the internet, connect with my dji app, it recognize the focus wheel and focus motor, fimware 1.0
lights are yellow on focus wheel and blinking green on motor, i double click the multifunction button the motor starts to spin calibrating back and forward.  good to go all solid green lights.
I try to spin my focus wheel and nothing happens. Already tried everything, would it be a malfunction on the focus wheel? even on the gimbal? i notice if I spin my gimbal 360 dgrees it starts to spin the focus motor just a little bit.

could someone help me on this one please?
