Is there a way to lock auto exposure in Video mode?
I didn't find a way to get it.. and I see a lot of post and video that mention it without finding a solution

No problem with Photo.. but I am asking about video!

Since it was changing across the various DJI Fly versions that was released so far.. what is the situation with the latest 1.5.4 (Android)?

Not sure if there is a way to lock exposure on drones without the FN button on the controller. There was a way to lock it by long pressing on the middle of the screen, but I don't know if it still works. You can use PRO camera mode, or try third party app like Litchi.

It doesn't work with Mini1..  but I am quite sure it WAS working with older app versions..

With Mini2 apparently it works with a kind of "trick" (even without using any function button)... as explained in this video

How is possible that such feature has been removed only for Mini1?

Update:
I found tha solution.. the switch from Foto to Video has to be done with the remote controller and not through the app interface..
In this way it works!!
