My drone needs it's vision system calibrated. Below is the pertinent information. The PC will not connect to the drone.
Laptop Model: Asus N501VW
Windows Version: 10.0.19043 Build 19043
Drone: Phantom 4 Standard
DJI Assist 2 Version: 2.0.10
Possible Solutions Tried
Made sure drone firmware is up to date
Removed SD Card
Turned off driver signature protection
Turned off all firewalls
Several reinstalls of DJI Assistant
Installed DJI Simulator for possible additional driver availability
Tried connection through all four ports: Three Type A, One Type C. Used both with and without adapter cable. Used two different cables for each type.
All firewalls turned off
Reset PC
Started Assistant -> powered up drone -> connected cable
Started assistant -> connected cable -> powered up drone
Powered up drone -> connected cable -> started assistant
