Hello DJI Team,

any idea when the RC Pro will allow to remove the OSD from the HDMI out?

With the Mavic 3 having such brilliant image transmission, we can't wait to get clean feed!

Definitely a worthy addition to the RC Pro. IIRC the Smart Controller had this option in the GO4 app.
Ironically, the DJI FPV drone could really do with having an option to show the OSD on the companion Fly app.

DJI definitely needs to make this happen, sooner than later.

Please please please add the Clean feed option to the HDMI output! So disappointed in the Mav 3 cine purchase right now :/

Worse yet.! If you have a set of goggles with an hdmi input that works flawlessly with the old smart controller... think again! It does not work with the RC PRO. I just spent a ton of money to end up with a giant paper weight. Glad I kept my old smart controller and did not buy the M3! What a crock.....

While that is true, I found out today that a simple cheap USB-C to HDMI adapter works right out of the box.

Any word on this feature coming?

Not yet. I expect it for the Firmware release, that was announced for January when the M3 came out.
For me it's not a feature. More an essential function

New firmware tested, great.

Nevertheless, we have a problem. Even if we are shooting at 5k or 4k at 50 fps the HDMI output is at 60 fps.

It's quite important to fix that for broadcast reasons in Europe.

Before the new firmware, the RC Pro had the option to set framerate and resolution under Menu -> Settings -> Display -> HDMI
Now under HDMI -> Advanced ...  there is nothing... Come on!?

Problem solved. The menu to select the resolution appears only when the HDMI is connected

That was the typical behavior. Glad it is working with your RC. Mine still doesn't show the menu

Actually, it does show the menu. Sometimes. Not sure why

Hey Everyone,

i finally figured out how to get the clean feed from the DJI Transmission through HDMI.
In our setup we have the Ronin 4-D with the wireless Transmitter and the high bright RX Monitor. With the Monitor we also have the DJI Remote Monitor Expansion Plate (HDMI/ SDI/ DC-IN)
Here are the steps we took:

In the settings menu on the camera go to the Transmission page and disable the "Mirror Control Mode".
Once done, the monitor should have less functions on display. Hit the Settings dots on the bottom left corner,
then go to General Settings, then output settings and then disable HDMI/SDI OSD.

What you will notice is that you will still have the Bars on the top and bottom of the screen. In the same
output settings menu we have chosen "center crop" from the "HDMI/SDI Aspect Ratio dropdown menu.
This is going to crop the Image slightly on the left and right side. Its not ideal, but we made it work for us.
All you need to do now is connect the HDMI to the Remote Monitor expansion Plate.
We have connected the monitor through HDMI to an external bidirectional HDMI / SDI converter and sent the output through SDI to our vision Mixer.

Let me know if it has worked out for you guys as well.

Hello, I have bought the mavic 3 cinema, and what is my surprise, that the clean video output through the Hdmi is only at 60P, it is of vital importance to be able to have an output in 25P 50P 50i, to be able to work without problems, of course if they want to sell more mavic 3 cinema.

We need this with mini4!
