Hi DJI. just bought the Mavic 3 as my 2nd drone.   But sad to know it is not compatible with any of the DJI goggles.  It would be great if in the future you could make the Mavic 3 work the the DJI Goggles v2.

Hi there, may I know the detailed problem that you encountered?

Please download the latest DJI FLY app via this website: https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly and refer to the compatible mobile phone list on the page.

The device that is not listed on the compatible mobile device does not mean it will not work with the DJI Fly app, you may try it to see if it works well. At the same time, we'll also keep updating the list as the test goes on. Thanks for your kind understanding.

I see a Samsung S21, but no Samsung S21 Ultra. the problem is when i download from the dji website, it will let me download the file but after downloading, the file will not run or install on the phone. it will just let me open it with a .rar program.

Sorry to read about this. You mentioned that "the file will not run or install on the phone", did there any error message prompt?
If the issue still persists, you may try another mobile device to see if it works or not. Thanks.

yes it works on other mobile devices. i tried iphone 10 and samsung galaxy s9+. both installs and works when installling thru the apk. but it is such a small screen. having an 8 inch screen i think is probably the best for controlling drones. it's not small that you have to squint your eyes to see what's on the screen, and it's not as heavy as thouse 10 or 11 inch tablets.

Shame on DJI selling their V2 goggles totally useless with most drones. A true rip off !

You have to allow the phone to install apk files from outside sources (sources other than the play store).  Just do a google search and it will tell you how to do this.  Goggles V2 will never work with M3 because the M3 uses Ocusync 3 and Goggles V2 user Ocusync 2 (this is as I understand it from what I have read).  I have heard rumors that they may make the Mini3 and M3 compatible with the Goggles 2 (The latest goggles that got released at the same time as the Avata)

Why does DJI continue to release drones that aren't compatible with its own goggles? It's losing sales. I will never buy a drone that I can't use with goggles, and I won't buy a drone that doesn't offer production-quality video.

What is the reasoning here?

I was ready to pull the trigger on a Mavic3 classic.   I think I will wait now until a compatible goggle solution is available.   I hope it is soon.

Me too.  I had the Mavic 2 pro and had Epson Glasses.  Loved them and now sorry to hear of no a good alternative.  I hope DJI gets the message.

I too am waiting for Googles 2 for my Mavic 3.  Can you provide an overview of what or if DJI is working on this?
