Hello there. I am sorry to read and to know about what happened to your previous flight with your DJI Mavic 3 and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please try flying your DJI Mavic 3 to a different location and different environment ( lighting conditions ) for us to be able to isolate the said issue. In addition, did you receive any error message on the DJI Fly application when this happened? Thank you. |
