when the data transfer is set HD, video must be transmitted with a resolution of 1920x1080.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. If you perform the data transfer HD photos it is normal that the app will only download 1280 x 720 on your mobile device. If you want to download or get the original file with high resolution, you can simply connect your SD card to your computer using an SD card reader and get the original file/video from there.
