My Raveneye is blinking like this :

2 blinks, pause for 1 second, two blinks, pause for 1 second , etc, etc

I suppose it's an error code but which error ?
I have tried to reset, but it dont want ( i have tried 15 seconds, the 6 times on the button, etc ...)
Im blocked
