Tried using DJI refresh and end up getting a even more broken drone then the one I had sent in.

Well, that was fun! I just spent 20min on the phone with customer service asking me the same questions over and over. How many times and different ways can you say the front left motor is bound up? Like I get it you have a job to do but when you keep asking the same questions over and over it gets really annoying! Come on DJI do better...
