I have recently got the om4, and are having issues following any type of subject than is more than a strait line. Once I turn the cnr or go slitely off course, the phone drifts off to the side, in which it is not even facing me anymore to look through. I have all the right settings in place.
I am thinking this may have a thread here though unsure. If you know the resolution to this this, any help would be great.

I have tried this several times. I use an iphone pro 13

I have just unboxed my om4 and same problem occured. I followed all the instructions but iphone 11 doesn't face me. It cannot go on portrait or landscape mode too. It always says in the app "motor protected".

Same here, WTF... fix this.
