I finally received my iPad mini 6 and it works great with the current version of the app and Mavic Air 2.  I am using a Mavmount to attach it to the controller.  I had CPU problems with earlier iPad Minis but this new one appears to have enough horsepower.  The screen is great.  It has a USBC port so you need a USBC to USBC cable to connect to the controller.    All works fine.

I know this is an older post. But wanted to ask how flying with the iPad mini 6 was? Is the 500 nits bright enough? I’m considering this option.
