Specifically the focus control with the RSC2 scroll whell.

I don't think this will work. The RSS control cable is a normal shutter release for start/stopping. Adjusting Focus would require tethering via USB, which is not available for FZ2000.

You could probably try the follow focus motor, depending on how the focus wheel works on the FZ2000. If it has too much travel from near to far, then the motor can hit the end of the focus ring. In that case you'd also need a seamless focus ring (which I'd use in any case over the one that comes with the DJI follow focus), e.g. the ones from SmallRig.

Another option would be using a Smartphone with the Panasonic Image App to control the camera while it is on the gimbal. This would probably give you a lot more control.
