Since the subject of Tilt-Shift effect has recently came up in Mavic 3 section, I have decided to check if I still remember how to do it.It looks like I do

Open the image in Adobe Photoshop, select Filter -> Blur Gallery -> Tilt-shift, adjust to your heart's desire. Done.

Personally, I don't see what this artifice adds to an already great shot. But that's just me

Yes, that’s one of the common applications.
Another would a narrow focus along the model’s body, but drones are not well suited for that kind of shooting, unless your model is a size of Godzilla (or *is* Godzilla ;) )

Thanks DarthSLR! One thing I found is you have to step down the resolutions of the photo to make this works. I think the circle mask works better than the horizontal mask.

Hmm, I did mine on full res... My desktop is a beast though (128G RAM, 16G GPU, SSDs)
What hardware/software did you use?

I am using a 10 years old CPU and 16GB of RAM with Adobe Lightroom. The lower resolution of the photo is to enhance the illusion of the Tilt-Shift.  

I like that effect!

Nice shot, although I personally prefer the planar blur (just like you would get with a DSLR photographing a model layout)
