More the story behind the 'product'.
Like 'The first sound I made with xxxx'.
Or 'The original recording of me singing in the rain in 1985'.
Or 'Me jamming on the xxxx after I had found out we were expecting our first kid'.  
Whatever makes it more than just a wav file and adds 'value' (notice the quotes) to the NFT.
