Super disappointed by my new DJI FPV: it just crashed falling out of 90m altitude due to battery getting disconnected. I already open a warranty case. The drone is severely damaged.

What do you guys think? Clearly warranty? The battery was sitting snug.

Sorry to hear of your crash!  That really sucks!  Unfortunately, I don't think there is anything in the video that would help anybody to provide an opinion as to what happened or what DJI would do.  I wish you the best of luck in getting a successful resolution so that you can be back up and flying soon!  Cheers!
